What We Build

Our Services

Seven integrated disciplines across infrastructure and civil construction — delivered with an owned fleet and in-house engineering teams, across the Kingdom.

One execution capability under one roof

We do not scatter our projects across multiple subcontractors. From first excavation to final finish, the work is run by MENOVA crews on MENOVA equipment — which is what makes the programme a decision we make, not a queue we wait in.

01

Infrastructure Works

Utility networks, water and sewage lines, and stormwater drainage — including chambers, connections and testing to approved specifications.

02

Asphalt & Road Works

Main and internal roads: sub-base and base courses, asphalt paving in layers, level and gradient control, and kerb works.

03

Earthworks

Excavation and backfill, cut and grading, site preparation, and compaction to required density with approved soil testing.

04

Blasting Works

Controlled rock blasting in cut sections, with blast patterns designed to limit vibration and flyrock, under specialist supervision and regulatory permits.

05

Overhead Lines & Towers

Tower foundations, assembly and erection, conductor stringing, and preparation of line corridors and access roads.

06

Landscaping & Site Finishing

Site landscaping, green areas, irrigation networks, pavements and external furniture — a clean close to the project, not a cosmetic afterthought.

07

Materials Supply

Aggregates of all grades, base course materials and construction materials from approved sources, delivered by our own fleet. We supply our own projects and third-party projects alike — in scheduled quantities that arrive when the site needs them.

Owning the fleet is not a luxury — it is a scheduling decision. When the machine is yours, mobilisation starts on the date you set, not the date the rental market allows.
